Abstract/Summary
This thesis focused mainly on binary Bose-Chuadhuri-Hocquenghem (BCH) codes. It was discussed in this paper the properties, the construction and error-correction capabilities of BCH codes. Furthermore, this thesis had discussions on the preliminary topics, such as Fields, Matrices, Linear codes and Polynomial codes. To further understand the topics discussed, we placed examples for each concept. Through this, it will be a big help for the reader to easily understand the BCH codes.
