Abstract/Summary

Fut Mo Inc. is committed to creating high quality, innovative and practical rubber slippers at reasonable prices that will provide for an individual's changing lifestyle. To Fut Mo Inc., people are the most important. Thus, the company's thrust towards long-term profitability is in putting customers, employees, stakeholders, and the country first. The company strives to be recognized nationally in its aim for excellence.

The target market studied for the product are female high school and college students, aged 13-22, belonging to class A and B. Fut Mo Inc. chose to sell to this specific market because these people are perceived to be trendy individualists who can very well afford the product of Fut Mo Inc. The corporation plans to employ direct selling as it is the most convenient to the incorporators.

For the next ten (10) months, Fut Mo Inc. will be able to produce approximately 288 slippers per month employing the job shop method of production. Nine (9) workstations will be utilized for assembly and one (1) workstation will be used for finishing.

The financial study shows generally promising results for Fut Mo Inc. Despite the 100% equity capital structure, the corporation is capable of financing its operations after the first (Ist) month of its existence using its retained earnings. Based on plant capacity and sales forecast. Fut Mo can realize a net income after tax of P 94770.37 after ten (10) months of operation. Financial Ratios such as a net profit margin of 35.95 and ROI of 316% suggest a high profitability position for the company. Considering the P 30000 initial investment and the retained earnings after the 10-month period, the financial study indicates that Fut Mo Inc. is a very viable business.

Administrative and human resource development and planning has been put in the care of the Human Resource Department. The plan prepared by the Human Resource Department includes policies and duties for the workers to follow and the job description of the positions in the corporation along with the organizational chart. An important element in the plan is the schedule to be followed by the group for the next ten (10) months of operation.
