Abstract/Summary
Abstract. The Workflow System (using LAN), which is my proposed system, will combine the manual process of securing and approving of documents like gate pass, vacation/sick leave, maternity leave-normal, maternity leave-CS, calamity leave and doing purchase requisition into one system making transfer of information and performing of procedures fast and more accurate than the present operation. Through this system, the school will be able to manage information and track document traffics throughout the department. Workflow allows the department to focus on its processes by streamlining paperworks and delays associated with handling paper shuffling which will therefore result in shorter transition time providing the task performer all the necessary information.
