Abstract/Summary
The study done by the proponents focused on the effect of Pricing of Loans and Savings deposits on the length of the clients' affiliation, deposit balance as well as loan balance. The respondents involved in the study where clients of BPI Family Savings Bank and Philippine Savings Bank. It examined if each of the independent variables has a significant effect on each of the dependent variables. The study also determined whether there is a cyclical effect between pricing of loans and deposits and bank-client relationship. Finally, the clients' preferences when it comes to their decision where to bank with were rated. After all the gathering and analyzing of data, the proponents had found out that there is in fact a significant effect of the Pricing of Loans and Deposits to bank-client relationship and there is a cyclical effect happening after the client decided to establish a relationship.
