Abstract/Summary
This study is conducted to establish the shortest path for cable network. A program called Optinet (For Computer Networks) was created to show a concrete application of the concept. It was designed specifically for user who are into computer networking particularly those who are involved in setting up medium to large scale computer networks for an office. Computer networking techniques were also discussed to help people who are in this type of networking.
