Abstract/Summary

Industria Productions Incorporated specializes in film and video production services and facilities for television and cinema commercials, documentaries, music videos, audio visual and corporate communication requirements. Industria is a new company with an old background, each member bringing with them years experience in the field of commercial production. In a young industry, it is an advantages that they enjoy above the outcrop of additional commercial production companies. Their belief in Honesty, Creativity, and Consistency is one that is never far from their minds, and one that is not ever overlooked in the course of their labor. In line with this, the group aims to create a top-of-mind awareness among advertising agencies. On Industria to produce high quality and cost efficient television commercials.

The service plan to be implemented starting January 1995 to June 1996 includes strategies for improving customer relations, namely:

1. Installation of two (2) additional phone lines

2. Submitting the costing, director's treatment, and other documents to agencies in a folder envelope imprinted with Industria's logo

3. Providing agency clients with memo pads and ballpens with the company's logo for the pre-production meetings

4. Giving agency-clients the final material in an Industria bag

5. Acquisition of a chaise lounge chair for the agency client's comfort

6. Giving out of Christmas, anniversaries, and birthday gifts

7. Conducting of a Crash Course on Television Commercial Production for the benefit of the agency client

Strategies also include internal modifications such as the hiring of a new producer, the new incentive plan, and a team building seminar. The technological plans include the purchase of a U-matic editing machine, a video assist, and a copier machine.

Our sales program's approach will be on a more personal level, dealing more with individuals or small groups rather then a large group of people. There are programs on approaching potential agency clients, the offering of token gifts and gifts of appreciation to agency clients, and the division of agencies between the executive producer and the new producer.

The pricing program would contain instances wherein the company may price their services according to the project they are vying for but with average profit margin of 13%.

The advertising program includes plans for print advertising, small vehicular advertising through the painting of Industria's logo on their vehicles, distribution of brochures, and inclusion in the yellow pages. The promotional program, which is also part of advertising will present the Industria Productions' first anniversary party. All of these programs will cost P 620,765 while the expected sales for 1995-1996 will reach P 62M or 38.8% higher than 1994. Net profit will reach P 2.05M. Evaluation of the programs will be done per activity and also on a quarterly basis during the management meetings.
