Abstract/Summary
Among the rest of the automotive showroom in the Otis area, Union Motor Corporation, an authorized distributor of Mitsubishi automotive products and services, is in a war. A battle among automotive showrooms. And this paper is a factual analysis of this battle. The findings show that UMC has topped in the physical aspects of the showroom. However, its sales people lack technical the know-how in their products. Honda, Nissan and Toyota proved themselves to be role models for automotive showrooms, as far as personnel are concerned. And with this, UMC must come up with new strategies on improving their showroom personnel's customer relations. This paper aims to provide facts, analysis and recommendations for UMC.
