The local market's requirements for grease products and the services that goes with it is expected to decline within the next three years. With the new repacked 10-gm MP-Grease, Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corporation expects to sustain company's existing status as the leader in the lubricants market.
This study tackles the viability of introducing the 10-gram MP-Grease among the household market. Surveys and personal interviews were done and survey results were then tabulated and analyzed for the researchers to establish and formulate satisfactory and sound conclusions and recommendations.
The objectives of the study are stated and major steps have been undertaken to ensure the project's credibility and accuracy. The results of this study would hopefully provide guidance to the company specially the Lubricants Department, in the development of brand and product strategies for MP-Grease and other company's line of lubricating products.
