Abstract/Summary

The value of organization and the worth of such systematic framework in the supervision of one's life is of utmost importance for Boardworks Incorporated. The corporation saw the emergence of diverse needs accompanied by varying problems due to mismanagement. The corporation so intended to take an active stance by providing a worthwhile solution to address these things.

BKNB is a tool which advocates the importance of organization in everyday living, especially amidst the rapid shifting of times. BKNB is a multi-purpose memo board which combines a cork board, key holder and letter rack. It is a perfect compliment for people who price time and organization since it is an integration of different tools which 'make life easier. Moreover, apart from these purposes 'all rolled into one', it is the product quality and style which suits even the most discriminating of people.

It is understood that in any business, financial resources are vital to move the venture into prosperity. It is observed that a successful company is characterized by a good financial backbone. In this light, Boardworks executed a financial structure such that all its requirements and demands shall be actualized. A total capital contribution of P 27,000.00 has been accumulated and brought together to provide a strong financial foundation, a fortitude which, in the corporation's belief, can withstand the ups-and-downs of this enterprise.

As regards the projected earnings of the business, the company expects a net profit after tax (NPAT) of Php 91,417.85 and a return on investment (ROI) of 3.39% in correspondence with the financial study. This projects a solid financial structure observed by the company in the entirety of its operation.

Based on the findings as gathered from the survey, a monthly demand of 212 units is anticipated, while in review of the production data, a total of 108 units can be manufactured. This shows a competent relation as regards the demand and our plant capacity. Moreover, in reference to the break-even analysis, the company needs to make at least 24 unit sales of the product.

Boardworks recognizes the significance of implementing different business strategies to further the enhancement and marketability of the product, and the corporation accordingly. The product strategy maps out a market segmentation scheme where it intends to divide the market into distinct groups of individuals. This is for easier access so as to execute a good market coverage strategy. With regard pricing, the company sees a mix of Cost- and Value-based pricing schemes plus that of a psychological pricing technique, as the most effective since it shall accommodate gains for both the corporation and its consumers. Concerning the distribution procedure, Boardworks intends to participate in bazaars and the likes, plus the completion of a direct-selling plan. And lastly, the promotion strategy of the company is the utilization and maximation of affordable but effective materials which shall bring into the company the much needed notice and fanfare. In conclusion, Boardworks Incorporated sees a path towards success. Although hindrances may be inevitable, the company believes that it has acquired the mettle it would need to engage in future business ventures.
