Abstract/Summary
The study determined the health-related lifestyles of Filipino male and female adolescents. This was done using the survey method. The sample consisted of students from the University of the Philippines, Diliman, Q.C. whose ages ranged from 17-21 years old. These students came from the College of Social Science and Philosophy, College of Business Administration, and College of Engineering. The data gathered was analyzed through a statistical tool called CRISP (Crunch Interactive Statistical Package). The results showed that all of the respondents were aware of the risks and benefits of the health related lifestyles. At the same time, most of them were healthy.
