Abstract/Summary
ORGA-NICE-IT Incorporated was organized by eight students taking up Business Management under Entrepreneurship program at De La Salle University. The company's address is at #12 Camia St. Manuela Subdivision Las Piñas City.
The corporation provides a product which is convenient and handy. The idea of ORGA-NICE-IT was rooted from the objective of the corporation which provides unique and economical product.
The ORGA-NICE-IT measures 35 X 16 X 32 centimeters and weighs to about 3 pounds. The product also saves space since it is a dual purpose product.
The pricing system of the ORGA-NICE-IT was established based on the total cost per unit of the product which is P 144.67 with the mark up of 36.20%. It will be sold for P 185 per unit.
The proponents acquired enough skills through practice and time and motion study. They have the capacity to produce the ORGA-NICE-IT. The minimum production capacity per day is 6 units. On the other hand, the maximum units to be produced per production day is 14 units. Thus the average capacity is 10 units per production day.
The company used corporation as its form of ownership. It will be under the corporate name ORGA-NICE-IT Incorporated. The term of existence, its incorporators, board of directors and the authorized capital stock of the company was defined. An organizational structure was provided, explaining its advantages. The different duties and responsibilities of the officers and managers of the company was outlined. A discussion of the general administrative programs that would govern the company was included. A project schedule was also illustrated by using a GANTT chart.
The financial aspect of the business was carefully evaluated Budgets of the projected sales and productions were computed per month. Different financial statements were estimated to determine the profitability of the company.
Society and the company will benefit mutually. The company needs the society and the society needs the contribution of such companies. This study will contribute to the economy and society and also to the De La Salle community.
Members of the group will also be benefited by this product. Hard work, patience, and teamwork are taught to each member. This will also encourage others to follow our lead.
Based on the feasibility study, the proponents can now conclude that they can produce an innovative product for the market. The study had a positive result because it was seen that the venture will be a profitable and worthwhile business.
The proponents recommend the manufacturing, marketing and selling of ORGA-NICE-IT.
