Abstract/Summary
This thesis presents for functions f:Rn--Rm a more general version of the Mean Value Inequality. The result is established in an elementary manner and the proof is made simple to make it accessible to most undergraduate students. Most of the theorems stated and proved in this thesis are result from the article entitled, On the Mean Value Theorem, Inequality, and Inclusion, by Massimo Furi and Mario Martelli. A number of given examples and stated concepts went with illustrations to provide a better understanding of the topic. Applications of this result were also given since the reference named above did not include any.
