Abstract/Summary

This study is an exposition of the article Flipping a Coin over the Telephone by Charles Vandem Eynden. We present the mechanics of the game and we discuss the mathematics that are necessary to explain the validity of the game and to demonstrate that no party involved in the game is disadvantaged. The computations that are necessary to find solutions to the game on a reasonable span of time are also presented. These are attained using formulas and theorems that are given in the article. Results show that the game is valid, fair and, reasonably explainable.
