Abstract/Summary

This study presents games in recreational mathematics. In particular, it contains a description of the game of Domineering and a discussion of the mathematical aspects on the games Nim and Sprouts. A background material to comprehend the mathematical terminologies and concepts used in this study is also provided. The central feature of the study is the writing of a computer program that will implement these games. The program includes graphic-aided features, sound effects, monitor displays and a mouse device to make the program entertaining and interesting.
