Abstract/Summary
This study determined the demographic profile and socio-economic-characteristics of people who articulate demands through the television program Hoy! Gising! . It also classified the types of problems received by the said program. In addition, this study looked into the exposure of information and motivation of the complainants.The research design of this study is descriptive in nature because it attempted to gain insights on the complainants and the types of problems they bring to H.G. . In accomplishing this task, survey method using semi-structured questions was used in data gathering.The sample size set was one-hundred (100) respondents over a span of three (3) weeks. Only walk-in respondents were taken into consideration in the study. The researchers interviewed the respondents while they were waiting in line at the H.G. office over at the ABS-CBN compound in Quezon City.
