Abstract/Summary

The research discusses an application of computers in numerical integration. The software package written in Turbo Pascal Version 5.0 is developed to estimate the area bounded by two curves within a given interval. The package makes use of the following Numerical Integration Techniques: Trapezoidal Rule, Simpson's 1/3 and 3/8 Rules. Furthermore, the Bisection Method, Regula Falsi Method and Secant Method are used in finding the points of intersection.
