Abstract/Summary
This thesis presents an automated personnel information system written in FoxPro, the most advanced database language. The program was written based from the requirements of Toyota Quezon Avenue. Nevertheless, it can still be implemented in other companies and government agencies with minimal modifications.The information which the A.P.I.S. provides are personal information, performance record, attendance record, civil service eligibility, civic affiliation of every employee.A.P.I.S. also offers the addition, deletion, and the renaming of divisions and sections of the company. It also offers utilities like pack, restore, back-up and recall which help in easing up the task in data handling.
