Abstract/Summary
In view of the prevailing competitions in the telecommunications industry, this study aims to find an optimal solution to generate the least expected loss of each subject company in a three-person zero-sum game. The concept of three- person zero-sum game basically claims that the gain of one player is the loss distributed to the two other players and vice-versa. This paper hopes to be able to substantiate the applicability of game theory, linear programming and Brown's algorithm, to resolve the existing competition among the three chosen telecommunications companies, namely, PHILCOM, GLOBE MCKAY and EASTERN.
