Abstract/Summary

The study presents some of the mathematical properties of the Pascal triangle as well as its applications. The properties are discussed according to how the Pascal triangle is related to the binomial theorem, probabilities, Fibonacci numbers, determinants, combinatorial identities and some results on recreational mathematics. Also, a computer-assisted instruction on probabilities in tosses of a fair coin and a fair die using the Pascal's triangle is provided as an additional feature.
