Abstract/Summary
Perception of Employees Toward Male Homosexuals in Banks that Accept and Do Not Accept Homosexuals was an exploratory study made on 40 respondents from each bank. Position of the respondents fall under two levels, the management level and the non-management level. Pre-testing was done and results show that there's no difference on the perception of the management level on the two banks whereas a sight difference can be noticed on the perception of the non-management level on the said banks. Percentages were used as basis of the analysis.
