Abstract/Summary

This service plan begins with an analysis on the industry, which DV Post belongings, the video production industry. From the analysis of the micro and microenvironment marketing tactics and strategies are formulated to suggest improvement in the service structure, sales and distribution, advertising and promotions of the company.

The study will go into the detail of current tactics and strategies of the company and from there weakness and strengths are determined. DV Post have been growing in recent years proven by their growth and profits this is largely contributed to their service, however the sorely lack marketing efforts. Thus this paper came up with recommendations and programs to introduce an advertising program that specifically targets their diverse segments. The promotional campaign that follows is similar to the effect that is also caters to their diverse markets. Always in each campaign their Unique Selling Proposition which lies on low price and speed will be manifested. The aim of the campaign primarily is to increase awareness of DV Post in the market.

The service of DV Post will be improved, acting not only reactively but also proactively. DV Post will now more its service effort outside the office with the hiring of sales officers who will do the task of sales agents and telemarketing. In the supplementary services it is recommended that DV Post improve its customer service efforts in the aspects of Information and Order Taking.

Proper implementation entails accurate financial planning: Investment plan efficiently allocating expenses, Profit and Loss forecast applying conservative estimates, and evaluation and monitoring schemes provided for the company to check the progress of the service plan after implementation.
