Abstract/Summary

Energy is an essential ingredient for a country’s development thus industrialization. Solar Power is the generation of electricity by converting light energy from the sun into usable electric energy. This can be direct as with photovoltaics (PV), or indirect as with concentrating solar power, where the sun’s energy is focused to boil water which is then used to provide power. The Philippines is known for abundance in renewable energy source. Regardless of this, minimum industrialization activity has taken place in the country. The country lacks industries to utilize the production of energy.
