Abstract/Summary
The study is intended to asses whether local commercial banks comply with the industry standard policy. The paper also identified problems such as illiquidity of borrowing companies, faced by commercial banks regarding their credit collection. Established standards of the different commercial banks were compared with that of their combined credit policies in order to evaluate significant strength and differences in the credit standards.
