Based on the economic turmoil that is greatly affecting the country, it is important to be aware and at the same time understand the country's current condition in raltion to the past events that had occurred. The analysis based on the facts gathered by the researchers of this papers would give the readers to right knowledge of the effects of the boom as well as the turmoil experienced by the real property sector. The authors of this paper have established the conditions experienced by the topic covered in this papers, thus answered the question: What is the current performance of businesses in Philippines specifically the engineering consultancy firms in the Philippines terms of the financial ratio analysis, which is comprised of liquidity ratios, activity ratios, leverage ratios, and proditability ratios?
