Abstract/Summary
Consolidate Processing of Official Receipts, Manager's Checks, and Trust Account Numbers is a system developed by the proponents for XYZ Bank, Trust Banking Division. Official Receipts are generated for Investment Management Account/ Trust and Other Fiduciary Account (IMA/TOFA) deposit, sale of stocks and other securities, payment of loans. While Manager's Checks and Check Vouchers are generated for IMA/TOFA withdrawal, purchase of stocks and other securities, and release of loans. The system also provides transaction sheet for IMA/TOFA deposit/withdrawal. Trust Account Numbers are generated for every new IMA/TOFA opened. An additional query of printed/unprinted ORs and MCs are given to help in monitoring the said documents.
The system will combine the processing of manager's check and check voucher, and official receipt and transaction sheet (for sale of stocks) in a single data entry. It will also improve the process in the existing system by providing more accurate and reliable information. Redundancy of tasks of the Securities Custodian and Account Officer will also be eliminated through the generation of the said documents."
