Abstract/Summary
St. Benedict Collage is a private academic institution that provides primary, secondary, and collegiate levels of education. Presently, it caters to approximately 4,200 students (college students not included). Considering the large number of students enrolled and the deficiencies in the current processes, the school definitely needs an information system that will aid and simplify their procedure.
Since information plays an important role nowadays, proper handling and management of information is necessary to fully utilize the institution's valuable resources. The St. Benedict College's Students Management System aims to solve the deficiencies of the current enrolment system by integrating the registrar and accounting departments and thus, making student information a lot more accurate and consistent and readily available to all the departments. It also has a report generation module that provides a more accurate and complete set of reports."
