Abstract/Summary
A total of forty seven (47) isolates from a swimming pool at the Elorde Sports Complex in Sucat, Paranaque were isolated and grown in a modified nutrient agar medium with 0.42 mg/L chlorine concentration. Thirty five out of the 47 isolates were able to thrive in a medium without chlorine. The antibiotic susceptibility pattern of these isolates were determined using Tetracycline (30 ug), Erythromycin (15ug), Ampicillin (10ug), and Penicillin (10ug).
