Abstract/Summary
The paper is a study on the relationship of corporate image and employee retention among selected fine dining restaurants in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig. The study will determine the relationship of corporate image and employee retention using the correlation method. This will help in determining the objective of the paper, which is to find out whether the corporate image of the company will affect its employee retention with the job satisfaction of the managers as a mediating variable. The likert scale will be used to measure the results of the questionnaires distributed among the managers of fine dining restaurants. Also, it will be used in determining the corporate image of the company and the job satisfaction of the managers and will be based solely on the perception of the managers. The importance of this study is to know how business owners will be able to acquire and retain their employees in order to improve the performance of the fine dining restaurants. The results of the analysis indicated that there is a weak positive relationship between corporate image and employee retention, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable.
