Abstract/Summary
Thirty samples of fishballs sauce from food stalls along Recto and Carriedo were collected from June to August 1994. These were analyzed for the presence of faecal coliforms. Salmonella sp., Shiqella sp. and Coagulase (+) Staphylococcus.Among the thirty sauce samples only one sample was found to be positive for faecal coliforms and Coagulase (+) Staphylococcus. All thirty sauce samples were negative for Salmonella sp. and Shiqella sp.
