Abstract/Summary
A study on the identification and classification of asteroids was conducted from August, 1993 to March, 1994 in selected coastal areas of San Isidro, Pangasinan. Collections were done from early mornings until mid-afternoon in the intertidal area, approximately 10 to 15 meters away from the shore, with an area of approximately sixty thousand (60,000) square of asteroids were collected, described, identified and classified under one subclass, one order, four families and five genera.
