These seven variables made up the seven propositions of the study. In analysis of the propositions of this study, the researchers classified the current level, relationship and polarity of relationship of these seven variables to PHCI employees Job Performance. Through Survey and Interviews, the researchers were able to determine and meet the research questions and objectives of the study. This study has undergone a thorough research, applying the Triangulation method, the study had three major data sources namely: PHCI Employees, Owner and Managers and Experts. The researchers conducted a survey on the 27 employees and conducted one-on-one interviews with all managers of the company and three experts in Human Resources for the data in the study. The quantitative and qualitative data from the three different sets of sources (employees, managers/owners and experts) were then analyzed through Multiple Regression Analysis, ANOVA and Content Analysis. After Analyzing each data source results, the results of the nine sub data sources were tabulated and integrated. Our results show that each variable under Structural Dimension and Job Characteristic has a relationship with Job Performance. Both centralization and formalization positively affect the job performance of employees but they both differ in the level of presence in the company. Regarding the variables under job characteristics, only one out of the for negatively affects job performance while The Influence of Structural Dimensions and Job Characteristics on the Job Performance of Philippine HardwareHouse Company, Incorporated (PHCI) Employees 3 the rest positively affect it. The study on skill variety proved our proposition wrong that it positively affects job performance while the other four (task identity, task significance, autonomy and feedback) affect the performance positively. Due to these results, the researchers recommend that the company should formalize which will also affect the effects of the other six variables to Job Performance of PHCIs employees; thus, creating a foundation in achieving PHCIs vision.
