Abstract/Summary

Executive Summary. The De La Salle University Manila Behavioral Sciences Department is having their year-long anniversary this 2000-2001 that needs the following media packages for their celebration-An anniversary webpage, a historical video, photos for an alumni, and photos for an alumni exhibit. The thesis group recommended that the anniversary webpage not only include the anniversary news but also showcase the faculty and course offerings. The webpage is successfully being run by the ITC under the DLSU server and website. A historical video including the past and present and current outstanding students and brief course orientation will serve their audience better and give the video longer mileage for future use. The alumni photos not only include their present being and careers but also a reproduction of their graduation or school days pictures for contrast. The group then suggested that their live different course brochures be integrated unto one booklet that is covered by an anniversary leaflet-this way students will not only have reference of masteral degrees in Behavioral Sciences for the future, but also celebrate with their department by reading about their story. All this will be bundled in a 'look' that, after extensive consultation and design resolutions, resulted from pink and green limes and the Omega CG font that very well integrated the BSD Anniversary and the Multi-Media Package for the thesis group.

The multi-media package estimated to P 50,000 with production materials by the thesis group and final outputs by the BSD. This thesis took one year and one term to finish including the proposal. The group strongly believes that their Organizational Communications course was used and followed in every aspect, in theory, design, compromise, and most of all in the client-agent design solutions processes.
