Abstract/Summary
Executive Summary. Providing high quality and durable CD Racks with sleek and stylish design is one of the goals of Changes, Inc. Composed of ten (10) highly competitive and talented proponents, Changes Inc. offers a product that will surely satisfy the needs of their customers for its product is based on what the people want in a CR Rack. Made of imported pinewood and iron bars, D RACK is very durable and is sold at a very reasonable price of P 399.
Based on a survey done by the company, its primary target market is composed of male/female 15-25 years of age, 83% of the 373 respondents were willing to buy the product. Selling in bazaars and giving out flyers and brochures are the promotional tools that will be used by the company.
Changes Inc. decided to apply the assembly line method to be able to produce one unit for 63.22 minutes. A total of 8 units can be produced per production day within three workstations.
The company will have an initial capital of P35,000 where each member will contribute P 3,500. The company is also projecting to generate at least 200% Return on Investment (ROI). Every member will be held responsible for each of the assigned job given to him or her. Regular meetings will also be held so that communication will be established.
