Abstract/Summary
Executive Summary. IMI-Human Resource Information is a system designed to support some of the functions of the Human Resource Department of Integrated Microelectronics Inc.
The system will aid the user in monitoring and administration of employee records of Integrated Microelectronics Incorporated (IMI). This system will include processes done in the Human Resources Department (HRD) such as Authorization for Change of Employment Status (ACES), Performance Appraisal (PA) and Recruitment. The system as a whole is capable of generating reports that will be of use by different entities. It is also capable of enabling the user to retrieve an employee record when the need arises.
Lastly, the System has numerous added features such as Password Security, Maintenance of Codes, Data Base Back Up and Database Restore function and an Online Help feature.
