Abstract/Summary
Executive Summary. DCCD - Human Resource Information System (DCCD-HRIS), is a system designed to support the functions of the Human Resource Department of DCCD Engineering Corporation.
DCCD - HRIS keeps track of employee and Project Information. It tracks the project assignments of the different employees and generates an Employee Status Update (ESU) form to inform the Division Chiefs and Project Managers regarding the employee whose contract is near expiration. Also, a Personnel Action Form (PAF) is also given to the Employee to inform him of the changes made.
The system can also update the different seminars/trainings attended by an employee without having to update each employee record separately.
In addition, some of the added features of the system includes : Password Security, Importation of Employee and Project LIbrary, Database Back Up, File Maintenance and Online Help.
