Abstract/Summary
Executive Summary. Applicant and Employee Tracking Information System (AETIS) for SEC is a system within the Personnel Division of Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) that helps them keep track applicant and employee information, improve record storage and retrieval.
The system includes Applicant Tracking Module that makes recruitment process less tedious and more organized. It will keep track of the submitted requirements and the relevant information of each applicant. It will also generate a vacancy list and a next-in-rank employee list which will help in choosing the qualified employee or applicant for the vacant position.
The Employee Tracking Module allows easy retrieval of essential employee information. It tracks every phase of an employee job history, allows modification of employee information, and generation of reports.
Database backup, security and file maintenance are the concerns of the Maintenance Module.
