Abstract/Summary
Banco Filipino- ISP focuses on studying the information flow and existing systems of Banco Filipino. It aims to analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of these systems and develop an information systems plan that will support the objectives, goals and priorities of the management. In the course of the study, an analysis of the relationship between the business processes and the company's resources was done. The study recommends an action plan that will have strategic impacts in that they can change the rate and direction of growth for the blank.
The methodology used in the study is Business Systems Planning (BSP). Different tools were also used to help in creating the information system plan such as the critical success factor method, problem analysis sheet and SWOT analysis.
Information systems will be proposed by the study including project scheduling, prioritization and cost, description, input, output, hardware and software requirements and the files or database maintained.
