Anticipated failure is the behavior that students may experience wherein they always think that they will fail. Studies show that there are many consequences of anticipated failure. The research aims to know the manifestations of anticipated failure and to know the perceived consequences of anticipated failure. The researchers interviewed 15 students that fit the criteria of the study. Results of the study showed that the manifestations of anticipated failure among the students were expressing regret, and trying to let it pass. The perceived outcomes of anticipated failure of the students were not accomplishing one's goals, letting other people down, being judged, and underestimating oneself.
