Abstract/Summary
This study that was based on an interview given to 20 respondents gives emphasis to the dilemma of female show business personalities regarding sexual harassment. The respondents were asked to give their own definitions of sexual harassment based on their own knowledge. The researchers studied the basis of their dilemma by exploring on the line that is drawn between work and sexual harassment, thoughts, feelings and actions after the incident. Each experience recounted was classified into forms, categories and signs of sexual harassment. The extent of graveness of each act was classified in accordance to the existing law. The relation and description of the harassers were described by the respondents. The attribution of cause emerged based on their knowledge and experience regarding the matter. It is therefore concluded that female show business personalities experience dilemma by the way they think, feel, and act towards the whole experience.
