Abstract/Summary
The main focus of the project is the detection of Hematuria in digital images from samples of urine. Digital images of urine are gathered in a clinical laboratory. The digital images are fed into the system made through Lab VIEW. Using digital image processing, the system will assess if the fed samples are or normal cases or Hematuria. The system can also identify whether samples has either Microscopic or Gross Hematura. K- means clustering will also be used to check for presence of discoloration in the urine sample.
