The following is an executive summary of the feasibility study conducted on a manufacturing firm for Bagasse Particle Board (BPB).Market Aspect1. This study was primarily done in order to determine the feasibility of a project involved in the production and marketing of BPB for domestic usage and purposes.2. The potential demand of the project is 114,061.66 cu.m. But existing firms of particleboard has a full capacity of 79,800 cu.m. per year. Therefore, there is still a very big demand of 34,261.66 cu.m. per year.3. A majority of the market for BPB is located in the Metropolitan Area.4. The target market for BPB will consist of construction industries, furniture and packaging industries, the NHA and suppliers
