Abstract/Summary

The decreasing supply of residential land near urban areas is an issue not only in Metro Manila but other cities in the Philippines as well. The solution that addresses this matter is the construction of condominiums which takes lesser space than the usual subdivisions. The high rates of construction of condominiums in Metro Manila made the group think that the study would be useful for the developers of condominiums. To fulfill this, the researchers created a logical and simple model that would provide developers with criteria that majority of people may consider in choosing a condominium. This in turn would also guide developers to make these structures more attractive in terms of the criteria that this study identified namely: the price, layout, amenities, parking spaces, accessibility to public transportation and the distance of a condominium to common destinations like CBD's, schools, marketplaces, hospitals, churches and malls.
