Abstract/Summary

The communication audit conducted by Kirschner Travel Manila, Inc., revealed that the organization needs online communication materials for their Corporate Social Responsibility, which promotes their advocacy for ecotourism. An informational video and a photo essay will be created on this subject and will be hosted on a website and a Facebook page. These will contain information on the key components of ecotourism, which are environment, education, and community. They will also feature what the role of Kirschner Travel Manila, Inc. is in the entire process of ecotourism and what they do to fulfill it. The call to action, which is to be an advocate of ecotourism, is conveyed through all the materials, especially in the video. Given these deliverables, the thesis group hopes for tourists to understand what ecotourism truly is and acknowledge their part in pursuing its principles.
