Abstract/Summary

People nowadays do not control what they eat in restaurants. One of the reasons could be that they do not know the sources to inform them what they should and should eat, and thus they are unable to manage their weight during these times. This research focuses on providing recommendations in natural language, indicating what the user should eat by recommending dishes from restaurants based on their physical attributes. The system helps the user manage their weight if they need to lose, gain or maintain weight by motivating and encouraging them to follow the recommendation using natural language generation. Users found the system to be fairly motivational, indicating that there should be more data regarding nutritional information of the dish and the number of dishes itself.
