Abstract/Summary

Our Organizational Communication thesis was a public relations endeavor to help change the current image of Orange Dance Studio, our client, to its students. Orange Dance Studio wanted to change its image of being a walk-in training camp to a more established dance organization, which had the capacity to showcase their students' talents without solely relying to external organization.

To achieve this goal, our group proposed an event plan for Orange Dance Studio's first ever dance competition. The plan followed a particular theme obtained through a series of interviews with students an administration. Following the said theme, we came up with the specific details that should be accomplished for the event to be successful. We also provided prototypes of designs to be reproduced such as the promotional materials. Lastly, we came up with an effective medium, preferred by the organization, to present to them the complete plan.
