Abstract/Summary
Murphy is a typical control freak, driven to manipulate everything in his life. His controlling nature alienates those around him. Murphy then becomes cursed with Murphy's Law -where anything that can go wrong, will go wrong. Thus everything starts going awry in his life. Being unable to control events teaches Murphy that there are things beyond his power to control. He admits to his own degree of powerlessness. In the end, Murphy learns to let go and successfully frees himself from the curse.
