Abstract/Summary

Mulat begins where a woman is about to free herself. Rising from the concept of being stranded, the film focuses on the issues of individuality and on the topic of mother and daughter relationship. This film is about a woman whose mother meddles with all her decisions. Yna has reached her late 20's and has a strong desire to create a life of her own, yet Corazon always finds a way to control her. How then will she get the life that she wants without hurting her mother?
