Abstract/Summary
In this study, the researchers, through the use of survey, found out that the most effective way of addressing the needs of the hospital is through the use of video presentation. The results of the survey and interviews showed that the respondents prefer a video presentation that creates awareness about the organization and as a means to solicit donations. In addition, a supplementary material like a handout will also be given.
The study showed that the best way to communicate the message of the organization to the potential donors is through PowerPoint presentation that includes video clips to allow the audience to understand the real needs and condition of the charity hospital and convince them to donate equipment and provide financial assistance.
