Abstract/Summary

Uuwi Na Ang Nanay Kong si Darna: An Animation is an adaptation of the storybook originally written by Edgar C. Samar. The story begins when a young boy named Popoy, finds out that his mother, Edith, is coming home. Edith is an OFW in Hong Kong and she left when Popoy was still a baby. As Fred,Popoy's father, gives him the news, Popoy asks him questions about Edith. Fred tells Popoy that his mother is 'Darna' because she possesses super powers . When Edith arrives, Popoy asks her if she really is Darna.
