Abstract/Summary
This thesis aims to make educational experiments in both analog and digital fields, using a computer-controlled automated laboratory. test and measurement equipment with General Purpose Interface Bus (GPIB) ports will be interfaced to the computer via the GPIB board and in turn be controlled by LabVIEW-a graphical programming software developed by National Instruments. The equipment to be used will depend upon the experiments that will be performed. Included in this thesis is the development of several modules with different electronic circuitry, accompanied by a laboratory manual. Through the experiments, the students will be exposed to the advantages offered by an automated laboratory, such as speed and accuracy.
